I have been working on my card project with Shuffled Ink - specifically Skylar - for nearly 12 months. Through working with Skylar and following her recommendations, we finally decided to start the full process in December. From initial purchase to having all decks in my hand took 34 days - with 2 major multi-day holidays in the middle. The quality exceeded expectations, every team member was courteous, when a change had to be made due to my error it was resolved quickly, after a delivery issue from FedEx to my office for the proofs, it was simple to have the large order diverted to my home instead - and I was never made to feel as if as a customer I was the burden, unlike other places. I was able to speak to people by phone and email easily and always received an email back well within 24 hours. The process was smooth, efficient, and even with the 11 month delay on my side Skylar made the process easy. I will be working with Shuffled Ink again in the very near future.
